" After going out to tender to 9 separate general contractors we choose Guy Moffitt and GSM Construction. While Guy was not the most inexpensive of the respondents, we felt that he had taken the time to truly understand the scope of our project and was able to convey to us detailed estimates and cost saving suggestions. As well, all of the references we called spoke very highly of Guy and his team and most importantly stated that he had been on-time and on-budget.

One of the skills we most appreciated was your ability to manage and coordinate the various trades in and out of the house on a tight schedule. A key result of this has that our house was ready for us a week ahead of schedule - something which everyone looks at us incredulously when we tell them. This ability to meet the project time-frame did not in anyway sacrifice the quality of the work. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride which your team took in their work is obvious in all of the rooms in the house.

Your ability to quietly manage the scope of the project and the various details was appreciated. If there was a choice or decision to make, your ability to offer a solution rather than a problem made it stress-free and a simple decision.

In addition we feel that you ability to negotiate discounts with the various sub-trades and suppliers saved us a considerable amount on the overall cost of the project.

We take pride in our house each day we come home and as a family our opinion changes daily as to our favourite room. "
